燕麥花生醬馬芬

oatmeal muffins

為前青少年做的營養早餐—燕麥花生醬馬芬。

半杯全麥麵粉,半杯燕麥,一杯香蕉泥,兩大匙蘋果泥,一大匙半甜巧克力,一大匙紅糖,一杯牛奶,加三大匙無糖花生醬,完全不需其他油,以華氏350度烤18-20分鐘。花生的香味,果泥的柔綿,另一個值得收存的食譜。

Homemade Oatmeal Peanut Butter muffins. No any other oils, but still soft and fluffy.

食譜(做成18個):

1½ cups all-purpose flour (這裡是用白麵粉,我用的則是100%全麥麵粉)
1 cup old-fashioned oats(燕麥)
1 tsp. baking powder(發酵粉)
½ tsp. baking soda(小蘇打)
½ tsp. salt(鹽)
2 tbsp. applesauce(蘋果泥)
¾ cup light brown sugar(紅糖)
2 large eggs(蛋)
1 cup mashed banana (about 3 bananas)(熟香蕉)
6 tbsp. creamy peanut butter(我用有機無糖花生醬)
1 cup low-fat buttermilk(我用脫脂鮮奶)
